1. Choose your Luxe Akoya Pearl in Step One, then proceed to Step two to choose the setting you wish to mount the pearls on.
2. Custom Production Time: The estimated duration for crafting your custom piece is indicated on the product listing. Please refer to it before placing your order. If not indicated, it will take 1-2 weeks to process and dispatch.
3. Incomplete Orders: A 5% processing fee will apply to orders that are submitted but are incomplete or canceled after confirmation.
